1400 Alberni is a new condo development by Landa Global Properties and Asia Standard Americas currently in preconstruction in Vancouver, BC. The development is scheduled for completion in 2024. 1400 Alberni has a total of 451 units. Set to be the tallest Passive House development in the world, these twin residential towers, designed by renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern, are a nod to Vancouver’s rich architectural heritage.
